These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

This store is operated by Nathan Gilson, trading as Scrum Club, of 54 High Street, Eastchurch, Sheppey, ME12 4BN. You can contact us at support@scrumclub.uk.

Our products

We make rugby kit and protective wear, cut and sewn in the UK. We try to show every product and colour as accurately as possible, but screens vary and slight differences in colour or finish are normal and not a fault.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. If we spot a genuine pricing error we will contact you before dispatching, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Availability

Stock is not guaranteed until your order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil an item after you have paid, we will let you know and refund it.

Returns and cancellation

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Scrum Club name, logo, designs, text and images are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather or supply failures. If such an event happens, we will let you know and, where relevant, extend timescales or offer a refund.
