Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Options and cost

You choose your delivery option at checkout:

• Standard delivery — £3.95. Estimated 3–5 working days.
• Express delivery — £5.95. Estimated 1–2 working days.
• Free standard delivery on orders over £75. Applied automatically once your basket reaches £75 after any discounts.

Dispatch

Every order is packed and shipped by us. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of your order. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery windows are estimates from the point of dispatch, not guarantees. Most orders arrive within the estimate, but carrier delays can happen, particularly during busy periods.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we include it in your dispatch email.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email support@scrumclub.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
