Refund policy

We want you in the right kit. If something is not right, here is how returns work. None of this affects your statutory rights.

30-day returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order, for a refund or exchange.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email support@scrumclub.uk within that window. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or your proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Where you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard, we refund the cost of standard delivery only.

Hygiene exception

For hygiene reasons, sports bras and headwear cannot be returned if worn or if any hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund, including return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.

How to return

Email support@scrumclub.uk with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return instructions and the address. Please include your order number in the parcel.

Return postage

You cover the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover it where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we have received and checked the return, normally within 5 working days and within 14 days at the latest. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
